Essentially, we act as self-managing tenants, handling the routine tenant calls and minor maintenance issues that arise regularly. We only reach out to you for more significant matters, such as a boiler breakdown or damp problems.

As the managing agent, you still receive compensation from your tenant finder's fee or monthly management fee. Meanwhile, we, as the 'tenant,' provide a home for our database of professional tenants, and the property owner enjoys guaranteed rent for up to five years.
