During the contract term, we bear the expenses for routine repairs, ensuring landlords have no financial burden in this regard. Additionally, our service encompasses tenancy management, relieving landlords of any involvement throughout the duration of the contract.

What we offer:

This solution is a win-win for everyone involved. If you are the property's managing agent, you will continue in that role. Essentially, we act as self-managing tenants, handling the routine tenant calls and minor maintenance issues that arise regularly. We only reach out to you for more significant matters, such as a boiler breakdown or damp problems.

As the managing agent, you still receive compensation from your tenant finder's fee or monthly management fee. Meanwhile, we, as the 'tenant,' provide a home for our database of professional tenants, and the property owner enjoys guaranteed rent for up to five years.

For agents, this introduces a valuable new service to offer landlords. You can promote that you provide 'Guaranteed Rent' without any additional workload. In essence, the agent presents the service to the landlord, we shoulder the associated risk and extra responsibilities, and the agent simply manages our tenancy. It's the perfect partnership!
